The villa is in the community of Indian Point, Kissimmee and is just
2 minutes from the popular Hwy 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway).
It is the ideal location for Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios
etc as well as shopping and dining.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished
throughout. The villa comprises:

Large airy sitting room with ample seating, ceiling fan, cable TV,
DVD, Video and Hi-fi. Games, books, DVDs and CDs are provided for
guests to enjoy.
There is a 26 foot kidney shaped private pool (optional pool heating)
which is screened for protection from insects and is set in a fenced
garden. The pool area is furnished with a table, parasol, chairs and
sun loungers.

There is a separate dining area which comfortably seats 6 people.
The kitchen which is fully equipped (cooker, fridge freezer,
microwave, dishwasher) and has its own breakfast seating area.
There are laundry facilities which guests may use.
There are 3 bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV/DVD, en suite shower room
and walk-in wardbobe (with safe).

The other bedrooms are a double with a Queen size bed, and a single
with a triple bunk (with TV/Playstation 2). These further bedrooms
share a family bathroom.
Bath and pool towels, and all linen are provided.

Rates details

Special offer: Remaining dates in 2007 reduced to $650
per week (or $775 with pool heat).

Low season (Nov thru' Mar excluding Xmas & Easter) $770
Mid season (Apr excluding Easter, May, Jun, Sep and Oct) $855
Peak season (Jul, Aug, Xmas & Easter) $940

Pool heat is charged at an additional $140 per week.

All prices are inclusive of local taxes.
