Rates details

January through April: $3,000/month
May through October: $1,800/month
November and December: $2,400/month
One (1) month minimum rental required. 10% discount for rentals of
four (4) months or longer. Plus 10% for Florida taxes.

Cleaning fee is $125.00. Deposit is $1,000. Full payment of rental
fees and deposits in advance is required. We pay all utilities
except for: (1) long distance telephone charges, and (2) electric
utilities exceeding $125.00/month. We will consider pets on an
individual and selective basis; this may require special additional
cleaning fees, if necessary.
