Sleeping arrangements for up to six. The master bedroom and second
bedroom has queen size beds with the last having two singles.
Leather sofa and loveseat, full kitchen including all utensils,
coffeemaker, oven, toaster, etc to help provide all the comforts of
home.

Pets and Smoking:
This is a smoke-free home. We are willing to have a pet however, if
the pet is reliably house-broken and weighs less than
about 20 pounds.

Activities

Marathon has many activities including: Biking, Golf, Fishing,
Restaurants, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Windsurfing,
Parasailing, Jet-skiing. If you are going on your boat you are just
minute’s from both fuel and bait.

Rates details

Dec-Aug 1,600 per week.

1,400 per week September-November

Call or email for special events including Mini Lobster season,
Spring Break, etc.

Monthly rentals are welcome and discounted.

*All bookings are subject to Florida Tax of 11.5% and a cleaning fee
of $125.00.

**Maximum number of people is 6 no exceptions.
