Amenities: The villa has like new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave,
coffee maker, ice maker in the fridge and a gas grill. The villa is
furnished with pottery barn dishes, pots and pans and all of the
entertainment necessities for a quite cocktail party. The tenant
will also recieve a free bi-weekly cleaning service! You will only
have to worry about enjoying your vacation!!
Activities: A heated pool is located less than a half block on the very street
the villa is located. Golf, tennis and basketball courts, nature
trail and a large master property pool are all within walking
distance. The beaches and shopping are within a five minute drive.
Area restaurants are located on the water or within the Venice
community and the villa has a collection of our favorite
menus.
Rates details: The rate for January through April is $3,000.00 per month. The rate
for May through December is $2,000.00 per month. Rates include
association fees, utilities, high speed internet and a bi-weekly
cleaning service. Telephone service is the tenant's responsibility.
