Windsor Hills is Central Florida’s newest 5 star vacation
community. This luxury rental community is the closest resort to
Disney Parks. Our condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is
completely handicap accessible on the top floor (4th floor with
elevator)in building #7. It has a screened lanai (porch) with table
and chairs with a beautiful lake view. The pool is one building
away. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 20 inch TV.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a 20 inch TV. The third
bedroom has two Twin beds with a 20 inch TV and DVD player for the
kids to watch movies. The living room has a sleeper sofa that pulls
to a Queen bed and a loveseat. You can watch a movie on the 32 inch
TV with DVD player or listen to music on the stereo with a CD
player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need
to make a light snack or a home cooked meal. Pack light because
there is also a full size washer and dryer located off the kitchen.
The condo is fully air-conditioned and all linens are included.

Amenities

This is a private and secure 24 hour gated community with the best
amenities any resort has to offer. They are available to our guests
at no extra cost. Disney theme parks are two miles away. Beaches
on the Atlantic Ocean are one hour away as is Kennedy Space Centre.
Downtown Orlando is 25 minutes away and Orlando International
Airport can be reached in 20 minutes. Shuttle services are offered
for a minimal fee. Dinner theaters nearby include “Arabian
Nights”, “Pirates Adventure”, and “Dixie Stampede”. Numerous golf
courses are nearby as are many countless restaurants, shops, and the
outlet mall.

Activities

Some of the features include, heated lagoon style pool with a
lifeguard, waterslide, fountains, and a whirlpool in a tropical
setting. The Clubhouse includes a 58 seat movie theater with high
definition surround sound, fitness room, billiard room, foosball,
ping pong, air hockey, video games, video rentals and
convenience/Sundries store. Outside are the kid’s playground, sand
volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, and barbeque
gazebo.

Rates details

Low: January,May,June,September thru December 15th $90.00 per day.
High: February thru April,July, August $115.00 per day.
Peak: Easter,Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years $135.00 per day.
A one-time additional cleaning fee of $60.00 and 13% tax.
