tub/shower combination and we furnish all the towels. Kitchen/dining
area combination includes a 4 burner apartment size stove and oven,
totally stocked with every item you will need. The spacious living
room is a great room to entertain guests. Bring your fishing poles,
beach supplies or whatever necessities you may need and store them
in your shed.

Out of season Rates for 5/1/07 to 12/31/07 are $1,200.00 per month
In season Rates for 1/1/08 to 4/30/08 are $1,600.00 per month
Seasonal rates for 3 or more months during January thru April are
$1,500.00 per month.
Out of season weekly rates are $500.00 per month.
In season weekly rates are $700.00 per month.
Annual rates are $750.00 per month.
All rates for (6) six months or less are subject to 10.5%
sales/resort tax.
